Call for participants: EU-China Year of Youth 2011

2011 was designated ‘Year of Youth’ between Europe and China. The EU-Science and Technology Fellowship Programme China together with the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences will organize an event on June 16 which will bring together European and Chinese youths to discuss “What World Have They Left Us?” at the Huating Hotel and Towers in Shanghai.

This is an open invitation to seek participants in an exciting one-day conference being held in Shanghai on June 16^th under the auspices of the EU-China Year of Youth 2011 on “What World Have They Left Us? A discussion about generations between Chinese and European Youth”. Co-hosted by the European Union STF Program and the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences (SASS), the one-day conference aims to bring together a group of young Chinese and Europeans to think through some of the questions around generation gaps.
